This is the the second season for Blk + Healthy! We're all about providing as many resources by majority Black-owned businesses, organizations and occupations for the community revolving around Health and Wellness. If you would like to be a part of Blk + Healthy, please filll out the form. There is a registration fee. Please review below.

+ Business Registration fee $50
+ Non-Profit Registration fee $30
+ Duo Non-profit + Business Registration $50
*If you need to cancel your spot, you must notify us know by June 10th to receive a refund.*
