Breathe. Release. Become. is a 45-minute guided experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and create space for renewal. Led by Raven, this trauma-informed somatic breathwork session supports nervous system regulation through intentional breathing practices that encourage relaxation, emotional release, and self-awareness.


Whether you’re carrying the weight of stress, navigating life transitions, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, this session offers a supportive environment to pause, breathe, and reset.


Through guided breathwork, you’ll be invited to:


* Release physical and emotional tension

* Calm and regulate the nervous system

* Increase body awareness and mindfulness

* Create space for clarity, confidence, and self-expression

* Cultivate a greater sense of inner peace and presence


No prior experience is necessary. Just bring yourself, a mat or a towel, an open mind, and a willingness to breathe, release, and become.
